I have had dealings with Tim, Harriet, and Mark, at thurlow nunn standen kennet they have all been very helpful I highly recommend them so much to say about the staff hear Harriet is fantastic with her sales and after sales skills making sure you get what you want and need at a good price even when I had a problem with a machine she sold me she called me back after I spoke to someone else and made things right and did her best to help me the problem was solved by her I ended up upgrading to the machine she recommended to me I should have taken her advice and gone with that in the first place Harriet is also very informative and patient when you are making a decision on buying an item and will go thru the fine details she just goes the extra mile to make sure you as a customer are happy and always service with a smile thank you so much Harriet!. Tim is very helpful he has a good knowledge of stock and machinery and is also very patient when your working out what you need if its parts you want speak to him he will find them again he is always happy and makes you feel comfortable when ordering things no rushing like some other people in other company's cheers Tim. Mark with the glasses he is also the man to speak to for parts very helpful he will do his best to tell you what you need to know and has a good knolledge of stock and takes the time to make sure you have what you need thanks Mark. It's always a pleasure using thurlow nunn standen at kennet always a good experience and the aftersales is fantastic I have brought a few machines from them now and they can't do enough to help fantastic staff I will be using them as much as possible why go anywhere else when you have the best right hear.
