Every other delivery company will leave parcels in a safe place or with neighbour on first try not royal mail who knock and run take your parcel back and make you pick it up from their depot that's open about 1 hour a day. Even on a redelivery I put with neighbour or behind car they still returned it to depot and left a card with multiple underlines on I requested a redelivery but I'm not home! Get with the times royal mail you are the worst.

Fuming!! At the time of writing this, opening time is showing as 8am till 12 noon. Cycled 4 miles this morning (Sat.) to collect my parcel as it is an essential item, arrived by 11am only to find they are closed. No info on card to show the new opening time of 7am till 9am due to virus. Now have to wait till Tues. redelivery. Man we spoke to in the yard was obnoxious and couldn't care less of our predicament. Just kept saying they were following government guidelines. RUBBISH. I then walked around the corner and bought a take away coffee from a cafe that is open all day despite the virus.

I work so not here when post arrives, neighbour's on both sides of my house are home every day but the van driver who brings parcels never leaves them he always takes them back to the depot and I have to go and pick them up on my day off work, it's so annoying all because he won't just nip next door and leave my parcels, my normal postman is really nice he always leaves my stuff best postman we have ever had but the van driver is no good very disappointed with him.

We recently moved into the area into a new build, we didn’t receive any mail for several weeks and after complaining and picking up our own mail the excuse given was “we don’t feel safe with all the machinery in your street “ I reassured them that the street had a site warden who is very efficient and it’s safe! We still only get mail occasionally ️ We’ve had cheques from our solicitor gone missing and today 29th March was the final straw!!!️ I received two letters from British Gas dated 18th and 25th March one was a final demand and one was a letter telling us our debt had been handed over to a debt collectors agency! Well thanks to the Royal Mail although you don’t deserve that Royal title we’ve had a stressful day sorting it out!!
