Logged a call with the customer service team 5 days ago, was advised someone would attend within 24 hours as I have no heating at all. Had a date confirmed for 8 days later and now no one will respond to any of my emails or help on the phone. Shocking customer service/relations.

I had a really positive experience with both tech support, client service and servicing personnel with Heatrae Sadia. The tech support guys talked me through a bunch of things, client service team has been impeccable and the boiler service agent that they sent out explain to me what was wrong and what other work I needed done. A boiler is just 1 component in a complicated setup, and this company has been nothing but a help to me as I've moved into my new flat. I should note, my boiler is still not working, but I'm still giving a good review because of the help they have given me so far! p.s. The electrician who installed my Nest - who was excellent - said that Heatre Sadia has a very good reputation with industry insider too
Plumber fitted a brand new megaflo and discovered it was faulty when filling up once fitted. He called heatrae sadia immediately and one week later we are still waiting for them to resolve. Have 2 young children and no hot water. Have been onto their customer services for hours every day and they have sent out 2 different people to fix it despite having been told it can’t be repaired one week ago. Their customer service don’t care that we are without hot water for a week and have shown no urgency or appetite for resolving the problem. BEWARE THEY WILL NOT HELP IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR PRODUCT
Trying to get hold of these is a joke there think you've nothing better to do with your Fridays
Don't waste your mone and time. It's easier to go for a walk on the moon than get them to respond for a warranty service. emails will be not replied, phone calls will be no replied. Good luck if you choose them and it's go wrong.

Definitely the worst customer experience team I have ever come across. So poor and not attentive, left me holding on the line for over 2 hours collectively over the course of a couple of failed calls. Disgraceful customer experience
I would happily recommend Heatrae Sadia products for either business or to friends and family. My experiences have always been positive. The products are innovative and market leading and the first place I would look for anything to do with water heating. I don't think any of the competition can match their product warranties and really that just speaks for itself.
