Totally dire service. I ordered a chair from their outlet store via Amazon .They gave me a delivery date of a week later. The date came and went with no delivery. They gave me a 2nd delivery date of three days later...it still didn't arrive. I contacted them via email 7 times re my order with no response. Finally had to contact Amazon for a full refund. Would never buy from them again. Totally useless!

Helpful & friendly staff, bought a jacket in the end of season sale. I thought I'd got a good deal until three weeks later. I was in Boyes (South Shields) & saw the same jacket (not on sale) cheaper...

Walked around the store for 10 minutes and was not approached for service. The store was empty. Looking at sleeping bags. Assistant did not make any suggestions or advice and walked away.
