They was all so amazing. My son is autistic and they was so helpful and patient. They got us both in on the same day. The staff was all so lovely and they was all masked and we felt very safe

Had to wait weeks for an available appointment, when I arrived the staff were pleasant and social distancing was in place, I did think that maybe a face shield as well as a mask could of been worn by the optician due to the closeness of the test. I did not see any hand sanitiser available for me to use. Overall a quick experience.

I wish there was minus stars one month for eye test and they said my test lenses will arrive after one week but still have to wait another month ...... terrible ridiculous..... service is not bad at all but the booking criteria is terrible i think the people who already under process should have priority and keep on forcing me u need glasses u have to buy glasses when i am switching to lenses ... i think i know better for my self if i need glasses i will buy them you cannot force people to pinch extra money ....... pleade people if u have options any other opticians don't go weston favell

No experience with working with the children. My son is scared of doctors so it is not easy for me when i have to take him somewhere to be checked. Assistant was trying to take an eye test for my son but he was strugling to adjust the table hight. Then the lady noticed that there is a strugle and she quite strick told my son to sit and put his chin how it is supossed to be or else there will be no test. At the end my son was refused a test and was told to come later . I have explained that my son has problems with his eyes but she just said to book appointment for later and if we have other problems to go and see a GP. If you can't be bothered to work nicely with childrn then dont offer appointments...

My eye sight has slightly deteriorated recently and went for a free eye test today turned up and asked them nicely that I had a appointment for 11am and they kindly ask me to wear a mask and sit down . So I waited for 10 mins and got told only emergencies. I found it hard to explain since being nervous of what's going on in the world with the covid 19 pandemic. So I didnt know what he meant and I thought he was meaning only emergency services can only have a eye test. I really need to get my eyes checked ready as I am a key worker
