I would give you zero stars if it would allow me. I have been requesting a price for some simple replacements parts for a trailer that I purchased new from Norwich Branch. 10 days and not even a price!!!!!! Called head office this morning and within 10 MINUTES I have them ordered and paid for. Shocking service and will seriously consider alternative makes of trailer when I purchase a new one later this year,

Great job done by the staff , very professional and friendly. If I have criticism about the site it’s the fact that the heating is not working and has not worked for over a year. If I would have known I would have put a extra jumpers on . Not very customer friendly sitting waiting in the cold please fix for your customers waiting.
