Staff was very rude apart from one lady I had 11 black bags of house hold rubbish as was told I couldn’t put my black bags full of General waste in bins as it’s a covid risk which is fine but was no signs or anything on there website. We was unaware of this but one of the very rude men working on site was like where not sorting through your black bags in a rude manner so was told to sort through 11 black bags of houses hold waste or take it home wouldn’t go to this dump again they have no patients

It can be abit stressful and feel like a minefield when you have a boot full of stuff and you aren't sure which skip they go into. There was a lad working there with ginger stubble on his face and wearing a wolly hat who was very helpful and patient with me; which I appreciated.

Had to leave a review for the ginger haired employee who was so lovely and helpful to my friend and I when we came to the tip a few weeks ago! As it was our first recycling centre experience, he talked us through where to park, what went in each container and was, all round, brilliant - thank you! :)
