I went to the Spire Hospital for private surgery on my knee to bypass the strain and wait demands on the NHS. My overall experience of this hospital was A* and I highly recommend it. Communication and pre checks were detailed and thorough, including a strong focus on ensuring CV19 safety measures were followed to a very high standard. Staff were friendly, attentive and gave a VIP service throughout my day visit. The private room was well equipped with TV, power ports and there were many chairs and shelves to store your things. The food was also very nice. The surgeon (Dr Westbrook) and his colleagues supporting the operation were fantastic. Highly recommended. Nathan Hook

I was referred by NHS. During my stay/ procedure the staff and care was great. However, afterwards when calling with concerns with my healing of the procedure, I was spoken to with no value, and was denied help, care and advice - despite telling staff that I had struggled to seek help elsewhere. Spire seem to forget any duty of care once they have their money and have done the surgery - this is concerning! Patient care should always be priority.
