I cannot fault the manner in which Oliver dealt with the issues I was experiencing with the ride-on mower. Despite being exceptionally busy he made time to visit to assess the problem. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The mower is now running and I will definitely be booking it in for an end of season service. I am impressed with Oliver's customer care service, he returned my calls and arrived on time on the arranged date and the visit was very reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will be doing so to friends.

Oliver came out to my place and took the broken mower away. He was very honest and frank about this old unit whether he could salvage it or not and said he would not waste time (& money) if it was too far gone. However, he fixed it, returned it very late one evening (at our mutual agreement) and the mower is now better than it ever was - clean and shiny - at least until I used it the following day. I am very impressed with his service and the passion he displays for his business and dealing with us customers who just want the best price for the work to be done. I will certainly be back for more business with Oliver - many thanks for your assistance.
