The view is excellent, that’s where it stops I’m afraid. Insanely overpriced for the embarrassing quality of food, and poorly crafted drinks, on offer. Stale bread, one minuscule piece of Brie to share, some sweaty cheap salami and two drinks almost 65. Suggesting visitors to Belfast take in the view from the Victoria Mall instead (free) and support a local pub for some proper food and avoid the embarrassing display of greed on offer. Management?

Lovely bar with amazing views over Belfast. We walked into reception and were brought straight up in the lift and got a seat at a table beside a window. We ordered drinks, cocktail and mocktail, both were lovely and well presented, if a bit overpriced, but you’re paying for your surroundings.
Cocktails were nice, expensive for Belfast. The view was good, but the whole experience was not worth the money. A ridiculous palaver having to watch someone pull back a red rope to let us in and out if a lift, when we could have taken ourselves up when a table was available. The bar staff acted like they were paying for the cocktails out of their wages, and pitiful little bowls of popcorn were an insult to accompany a drink costing 15. Not classy at all.
Drinks were ok, service was shocking. 7 teenagers standing around talking to each other rather than realising they are working in a top class establishment, dirty glasses sat on table for most of our time and given a token bowl of popcorn at the end of our drinks, taking more than a while to react to any service requirements. If you’re going to charge top London restaurant prices, give the appropriate service. Very disappointed.
Great experience. Staff friendly and helpful. Extensive cocktail menu. Tables very well spaced out and guests only get in if table available. Views breathtaking. Around 14-15 for cocktails, but in view of the exclusive nature of the place worth it. Complimentary gin cocktail and nibbles while waiting for our order to be put together.
Awful bar. 40 minutes from reception to be sat down & a drink. The reception staff were stuffy and waiting 20 minutes in reception to be taken in a lift to a place with no atmosphere and no life .... and the old fashioned had to be sent back because it was vile. Nice staff in the bar & barman was obliging at changing the drink. Nevertheless would not recommend. Management, get rid of the waiting around in the lobby, we can happily get reception to ring and check there is a table and get the lift ourselves.
