I recently went for my first eye test in over 20 years so understandably I was a bit nervous, but as soon as I went into the Optical Express in Burnbank I was immediately at ease. David the Manager is so happy and cheery and really makes you feel welcome. Sandra who took all my details was so happy to help and really welcoming also. I would recommend this branch to everyone, Optical Express is a large organisation but its the little branches like this one that make the company!!

Just became a customer. The shop is warm and welcoming and the staff are pleasant and really nice felt really comfortable from the eye test to picking my glasses and then collecting them. Will definitely be a long term customer.
