What can I say........ An opticians that really cares, I had been to other opticians in Wilmslow but the people here really know their stuff, Cheryl the receptionist is a real asset . She has been extremely patient with me in trying contact lenses and gives me the confidence to persevere with them, it is a beautiful house and very welcoming practice
I visited this morning for an eye examination. From booking the appointment right through to the examination I found the whole process to be smooth and very professional with really friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely return when my next eye test is due.
I collected my new glasses (and sunglasses) a week ago and I am so happy with them. The prescription is spot-on and the frames make me smile everytime I see them; I actually enjoy wearing my glasses now! The 'buy one get one free offers' at the high street opticians may seem like a good deal, but I've just had a 'lightbulb moment' - good fitting glasses that give you the best vision possible are an 'investment'. The difference is that my new glasses have been tailored to my exact needs; the high street opticians tweak their standard offering to make you fit theirs! The quality of the in-depth eye examination and the advice and guidance about the frames, at Albert Road, were outstanding! I am very happy to recommend them.
Albert Road is such a lovely opticians. Really welcoming and super lovely team, I was made to feel relaxed from the moment of my arrival. Really professional, explained everything during the eye test and the issues with my eyes and ways to help. Marcus was great at helping me choose frames that would suit my face and style. I love my unique glasses and highly recommend Albert Road.
