I called today as I have a considerable back pain. Before I called other was fully booked. When they picked up the phone, she offered me to call me back later about the availability. I got a call 10 minutes later about they are available and I can go to 8 pm. I didn't know the previous called me back. This one forgot to call me. So I came to the address as I have an appointment. A door was closed, so I waited until the previous salon called me about where I am. I didn't know About I booked for another one. I thought they called me back as they promised. So in -1 Celsius, I waited 15 minutes for nothing. When I called back, I am here. Lady said they are closed.
Having just moved to Epsom, I was looking for somewhere local to have a massage. Unfortunately my experience of the Chinese Massage place was very disappointing. 1. The location is a shop with an advertising wrap over the windows. When I arrived, the door was actually locked with a sign saying back at 15:00 which is not the most professional. The door was opened by the owner and I was shown into a room that had some heart shaped string lights and a shower. I was given no instructions of where to put my clothes, there was no music and it didn't feel professional, it felt like what it was, a room in the back of a shop. 2. I paid for an hour massage at 45 but actually the massage only lasted 45 minutes. 3. There was little technique involved in the massage. I noticed on the side a bottle of baby lotion so not even decanted into another bottle. It is now Monday morning and I am still in agony, the lady has done some real damage to my back. There was also nothing special about the massage, nothing that would make me identify it as a Chinese massage, no special oils, no techniques, no option for tea or water afterwards. Basically this was one of the worst massages I have ever had and would recommend that you avoid this place at all costs.
