Just returned from the New Inn Hall street location, and had the most AMAZING service. I called ahead, and was able to schedule an appointment within the hour. The store was spotless, it felt extremely COVID safe, and I could not have asked for a better experience there or service. Garry, the store manager, kindly helped me with fixing the hinges of my Beats headphones headband. He generously supplied an extra screw, and fixed the hinges--all completely free of charge. Without his speedy, professional and responsive service, I would not be able to put them on my head or use them as normal. He really saved me, and was so pleasant and professional!! Very lucky to have this shop in central Oxford.

Great team who reopened shop 40 mins after closing time on Christmas Eve so I could collect my phone which they had repaired in less 24 hours. Lovely guys, friendly, top service, good value and would recommend to anybody. Phone now working perfectly as well. Can't fault them.

Clean store, well laid out, very fast service, replaced a destroyed iPhone 6s screen for 85 in 35 minutes. Friendly staff also a massive help!

Outstanding quality of service - a free diagnostic provided with a 30 minute turnaround followed by an additional 30 minutes to replace a broken lcd screen on an iPhone. Extremely competitive pricing, and they were even kind enough to throw in a free Christmas gift of a portable charger. Absolutely my new go-to for any repairs. Incredibly impressive all around.
