Awful service experience- avoid this company. Rude, inefficient and over-priced. We ordered fuel from this organisation for two years and were persuaded to buy a monitor so that we 'would never be without fuel'. Last week we re-ordered as soon as the meter indicated we should do so. We were told no fuel was available for a week. Our oil ran out the next day, on the coldest day of the year. We checked into a hotel for the weekend, having been assured fuel would be delivered on Monday. On Monday morning we checked and were told it would arrive in the afternoon. When it didn't arrive we called to check and we were casually told 'they wouldn't make it today'. This is not the first time a mysterious 'truck breakdown' has come up when they miss a delivery. They won't even bother to tell you if this happens- just wait for your fuel not to show up.
