Rang up today for heating oil prices. Refuse to tell you unless you hand over all your personal details. This leads me to believe that they are manipulating prices according to where you live. Avoid!

Same comments as other person. Terrible company. Used for years last 3 years has been awful. Ran out of oil and only a week until we move yet meant to be automatically topped up when we start running low. They can never move oil delivery if urgent even when 2 year old is ill and house is freezing in minus temps
really poor service. chose them because they were just round corner. ran out of oil and explained to them situation but couldn't help out by bringing delivery forward a little. very poor customer experience.
