Visit Sunday to purchase family first tropical fish after weeks of waiting for tank to be cycled First guy I asked to perform water test was stressed And refused A second guy was very understanding and tested water in 60 seconds We left with happy fish and family all doing well We will return as second guy made our day with a little patients and great customer service and hopefully he gets appreciated by the employers as he will make us return again and again and spend who knows how much over time and upgrades etc Most importantly the fish are good

This place has so much more to offer than just aquatics. They have other types of animals and reptiles to go with their large selection of fish. The staff are able to help with your requirements. When looking for fish then Clay is your man. What he knows about fish and the environment is incredible
Visited the store on the 9th of Jan. After fully cycling my first reef tank I needed to know what was best to put in and luckily I had the help of Stu. Really happy I was able to be able to ask all of the questions I needed answered to! Very knowledgable guy that I really felt was actually telling me what he thought was best, no sales pitch to it. I think he gave me about an hour of his time, which is really appreciated. Very good customer service and better price then Amazon on the wave maker. Wouldn’t go anywhere else thanks again Stu.
Great place for all your fishing needs (and also small animals). They have a large selection of tropical and cold water fishes accompanied by tanks, pond inlays, meds and feeds. There is also an excellent large selection of pond size koi carps in the outside area. Prices are a little dearer than other retailers but you do get a large selection under one roof and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We went during Covid19 restrictions and they have social distancing measures in place. Bought a Bio Orb tank along with the accompaniments and 2 lovely fishes too! Service friendly and with a smile. Recommended.
