Came on callout to look at replacing a lock on a wine fridge, and very conscientiously declined to do the job as they couldn't be sure of not damaging the fridge - and they didn't charge me anything. Very friendly and helpful; I would definitely call them again. Pity about their voicemail though - it's like they're trying to give the impression of being a big business, when in fact they are small and personal, which is one of the best things about them... Oh and the fridge key turned up, so all good!

It can be intimidating to walk into a shop ,in which you are not familiar with the pros and cons of products and all this entails.I found both assistants helpful with their time in helping me resolve a problem of switching key fobs,not a big job, but they pointed out one pitfall and help me resolve another problem with the same fob i got online.This help was invaluable and I felt they deserved this review,( I don’t do reviews ) because of there openness ,and willingness to resolve the key issue ,in their time without charging.
