Revento set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Shaun was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled going above and beyond in every aspect! 4 months of owning my car and unfortunately, my window regulator has broken. I rang Revento and explained the issue, also stated I had declined the extra warranty. However, with no hesitation, I was told to take the car to a local garage and get it repaired. When I went to collect my car (today) from the garage, they had stated that Revento have paid for the parts and I was just needing to pay for the labour. I drove to Revento and thanked them personally for the fantastic service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Thank you for making my first car buying experience so friendly and easy, Shaun and James. Lucky for me that my Ford Focus was a part-exchange from another happy Revento customer, and it was held onto by Revento long enough for me to spot it! I bought the car a week before picking it up and the guys kept in touch and made it ready to go; sorted the road tax with me too. Stoked! Paul PS haven’t driven in ten years so anyone reading this be nice to people with P plates haha!

Brought an Audi A3 beginning of the month, clean, tidy car and fell in love as soon as I saw it. The guys were bang on from the beginning and I soon got a phone call to say my application had been approved and we soon arranged getting agreements signed and a collection date. I picked the car up and was greeted by James who explained the ins and outs and left me a folder with all the relevant details (service records, green owners slip etc). After a couple days the engine management light came on and quick phone call soon ended up with a collection date when James would collect the car to have the issue resolved. A couple weeks later (Covid-19 delayed parts and work to be carried out in the time framed they hoped for) I got a call to say the car was ready for delivery back to me. The guys especially James couldn’t have been more helpful and patient at times I was at my wits end when I couldn’t go anywhere but their professional character always reassured me and when I got in my car they had left me a full tank of fuel, and thank you card and box of chocolates and they had fully valeted the car. I would 100% purchase from Revento motors again and I put all my trust into the staff to give the best service they can. Take a look at their current stock and don’t hesitate to call they are so friendly and informative. Massive thanks James who helped me from the start to the end! Hope to see you at the range soon! Can't thank Scot and the guys at Revento Motors enough, after many years in the motor trade I needed a car ASAP as I started a new job and they went above and beyond. Brilliant service and exactly what I would have expected from a main dealer not a used car showroom. Keep up the great work guys.

Car salesmen always get a rhum deal, however, in respect of the team at Revento Motors, this could not be further from the truth. We purchased a car for our grandson, who will be 21 in a couple of weeks time. It came with a new MOT, service and importantly, a warranty. He drove it home and sent us a message to say how great it was.Afew days later he messaged me to say it had very little power. I told him to phone Shaun. He asked him to take it to a trusted garage ( he lives in Wiltshire) to get it sorted. It has now been fixed and he is back on the road. Thank you Shaun, your customer service has been simply superb and I have a happy grandson .
Bought a 1 Series , with in the first 4 months and less than 500 miles its been in the garage 4 times, as soon as the 3mths passed Revento did not want to Know , please be careful buying from this garage.
