All I can say is these guys are all round professional with excellent customer service, great knowledge and experience with outstanding project management in deploying a new phone system at the company I work for. From start to finish I was kept informed by Ashley throughout the quotes and what I needed to organise, no question felt silly (from a non techy person like me!) My director and co-workers felt that their questions were answered when Dave and Matthew were on site and the support they have given post installation has been exceptional. Would highly recommend RJ Cortel to anyone!

We decided to go with a local company to help us get set up with our new business line and broadband, and after a meeting with us at our new business venture to get an idea of our wants and needs, they handled every aspect for us in a truly prompt and professional manner, and being a local company, are always on hand to help with and questions and helped resolved an issue brought about by my own mistakes! Excellent company!
From start to finish the team at RJ Cortel had such high attention to detail when I purchased and had some equipment installed. I felt the project was managed expertly throughout by a very trustworthy group. Having found out they also provide business mobile I will be changing when the time comes. I cannot thank the staff enough for the fantastic service and products they have provided me with. Alexander Bell himself would be impressed with these guys!
As a small start up it was imperative that we kept our expenditure to a minimum whilst receiving the best possible services. I could not recommend R J Cortel and more importantly Dave Travers enough. We have just relocated our office into a retail premises and he has helped with EVERYTHING from the outset. Not only did he undertake all the telecoms work with a high amount of professionalism and within the time frame agreed. He also helped us with all our computers and was on hand whenever we needed him over a quite stressful two weeks. I am absolutely delighted that I chose them as our telecoms provider.

The guys from RJ Cortel installed and manage our phone system and internet services. Cannot reccomend them highly enough. From intial contact to on going customer service they have been prompt and polite and knowledgeable. Nothing is to much trouble and they take time on the phone to deal with any questions we have.
