The help and support from all the staff was fantastic. They were all so professional. Fiona went above and beyond to help and Graham made a difficult day so much easier. Nothing was to much trouble. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them.

Fiona helped me right from the start to arrange my mum's funeral she was so helpful and answered my emails very quickly it was like talking to a friend a truely lovely lady,also Graham made the day perfect he was so nice and being in lockdown things are different but he made it perfect for us all thank u again guys Suexx
Sadly, we were unable to use Naylors as they didn't have the date available that we needed. Despite that, they showed great compassion, care and provided us with more information in the short time we liaised with them, than the undertaker we ended up using. They were proactive, thorough and personal and gave us great confidence in their abilities. We ended up using a very well known national firm instead as they had availability and we regret there was literally no comparison and we felt very let down by them. Given our, albeit limited experience with Naylors, we would absolutely recommend them and thank them for their kindness.
Naylor and son have exceeded my expectations, yesterday I said goodbye to my brother and it was extremely well done by naylor and sons, fiona, the very nice lady in the office is an amazing woman and understanding in every way, treated my brother like he was a friend to her, kept in touch throughout arrangements, and was at the end of the phone if I needed to ask a question. Graham, the manager was brilliant, respectful, helpful, and understanding. We had two limos, both drivers were exceptional. It was a sad but amazing day and my brother would be proud. I have used naylor and son three times now, 2 brothers and my dad, each time it's been amazing, thank you naylor and son, x
