Well the first time actually getting out! Worth the wait? Absolutely!! Had a lovely day out with the wife. Great long walks around the estate with some great scenery and wildlife there too! Pheasants running around but to quick to snap any!. Small cafe on the grounds that has hot and cold food! Very disabled friendly and level grounds if you stick to certain routes! Otherwise it's hills and lots of bumps! ... Coming back soon... Hell yeah!! 5*

Vast gardens to explore, coving lots of different styles. Winter Gardens are really interesting so still worth a trip during all seasons. Their annual pass is good value if you plan to go three time or more and you get some free guest passes. Only 4 stars because we couldchave doe with more info to find our way around. Took us a while to find the temporary cafe and didn't know how far it was etc. But no biggie. Enjoyed our trip.

Even on a rainy day a walk around the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens is a lovely way to pass the time. Most of the Gardens are open, and the children can play on the various activities around the garden. My 8yr old loves the xylophone and walking along the planks on the way to the pond. Currently, the cafè areas are closed to sitting-in, but a takeaway snack bar is available up near Jermyn's House. Only drawback is sometimes they only accept cash.... (not always) so best to take cash with you as well as card, just in case.

Stunning! Been twice and so much colour even in November! (See photos) Plenty of grounds to walk in. All layed out beautifully & well looked after gardens. Toilets immaculate. Food a little pricey but very nice. Entry was about 10.50 and well worth it! I liked it so much I am going to join as a member which is really good value!
