Excellent and well run though thought staff could have maintained distance from each other a bit better. They were grouped together nattering. I know it must be difficult.

Went there for my first outing post-shielding. Was made to feel very welcome and safe. Staff all had masks and there was hand sanitizer available. Whole eye test was fully explained. Picking frames meant placing tried on frames in a basket for cleaning. Great choice of frames and colours. It was only slightly different from previous visits and well done to the staff for taking the time to explain the new restrictions.

I had hearing aids fitted at the Truro branch which inhabit the same space behind my ears as my glasses which I bought at the St Austell outlet. It's proving impossible and extraordinarily bureaucratic to get what should be a very minor problem solved. I simply can't wear both at the same time. Everyone is very polite but the outcome is that I can't use the hearing aids.

Very professional for eye tests as well as good knowledge for glass types which will suit the wearer, the only fault is there collection service, the customer is left outside in the bad weather, no shelter to speak of, being a vulnerable person only collected them because I needed them.
