Thank you for the info leaflet received today. I often recycle at the recycling centre & weekly doorstep too. Nice to know whats happening to it. Or at least the bottles. Keep up the good work. As for the smell can't say I've noticed which is strange as i live just streets away. I understand its in removing the food waste. Rinsing bottles out is surely a start for local residents, if not already doing so. Not all smells are toxic or hazardous even if unpleasant. And i trust this is not. 1,000,000 spent on improving the facilities!? Wow. Hope you're still making profit somewhere along the line!

If no stars was an option, that would have been my choice. Veolia is a disgusting company which has no respect for our society. The smell this Factory is polluting into the air is vile, disgusting, revolting and damaging to our health and our lives. We can no longer have our windows open because the poisonous smell travels into our homes. We cannot hang our washing up because the smell sticks to our clothes. We cannot relax in the place we call home because this smell is too bad to be around. We’ve rang up the company and they claim that the smell is not harmful and it’s a cleaning product they use. Well why does every cleaning product come with hazardous warning signs on them? BECAUSE THEY ARE DANGEROUS. The workers at this factory stroll around in all protective gear covering their faces and protecting their breathing but why when the company claim it’s not harmful? This smell is damaging my health. This smell means I have to limit how long I breathe for when outdoors. It’s limiting the amount of vitamin D I get. This smell is actually making me depressed and mentally unwell. After months of ringing up about this atrocious experience, I see no end. We as a society have had no explanation. We have had no apology. We are trying to fight what feels like a losing battle. We put in so much effort to complain about how this is effecting our lives. We ring up so many people only to rate the smell on a scale and for them to ask what the weather conditions is like. But nothing ever gets done. Veolia you should be ashamed of yourselves. You are vile. You have failed to cooperate with us and you have let us down significantly. This smell is poison but what’s more poisonous are the people who have let this happen. Shame on you all. You are disgraceful.

No Stars or minus starts should be an option here! The smell from your company is horrendous, harmful & a major Heath risk. I am actually putting my lovely home up for sale because of the harmful toxins that you release. How you got the go ahead after all the petitions & local home owners fully against your set up is beyond belief. My kids cannot even play outside, i have constant head aches & this is affecting my well being on a daily basis. Please Move to a very distant location! All other home owners effected, please text ODOUR to 66777 with your name and address to instruct Huge James Solicitors like me to fight for your compensation!
