The whole experience from walking in the door at Mark Jones eyecare was a delight. The shop is beautifully presented and staff were immediately welcoming. I have had many eye tests over the years and felt this one was clear and detailed and I understood the steps that the optician was taking. Staff went above and beyond to help me select the right frames and offered so much advice about finding a great fit and style. Having worn glasses for nearly 20 years I was quite surprised that I had never come across any of this advice at other high street opticians!

Having used high street opticians all my life I was cautious of trying Mark Jones. It’s worth it. Well worth it. Carl there is a complete professional. I am now wearing glasses that suit me, are fitted properly, nothing was too much for him and for the first time in a long time I have glasses that suit my face shape and eye colour properly. It makes a HUGE difference.
