Bought a Solis Tractor with a hedge flail from James and found Tallut Machinery to be a great company to deal with . Honest and trustworty and everything happened as James had promised. I had a slight issue the following week and James dropped everything and drove 2hrs to me to resolve it on the same day so I couldnt ask for any more. I would recommend them to anyone
Last week James delivered us a new Solis 26 plus 8ft roller, flail mower, hole drill, log splitter and back box. We contacted more than one UK vendor. James responded quickly, with all the detail we needed. A great customer service experience and we are very happy. We look forward to being customers for life.
Exceptional customer service. I’m new to tractors and agricultural equipment, I purchased a Solis 26 with flail mower and rotavator from James and he patiently took me through the options and answered all my questions very clearly. Delivery was really fast and efficient, and he helped me setup and practice attaching and using the rotavator, I really cannot recommend him and Tallut Machinery highly enough and I would definitely buy from him again.
Tallut Machinery is a fantastic business. Great advice, support and service. I bought a Solis tractor, with a flail mower, a trailer, a roller and a harrow. All delivered on site and instruction from James. Post sales service for any questions has been superb. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
