One star is too good for this. Popped to get colour chart and buy the paint for vu erable person that I look after. We were treated very badly. The woman was very rude to us. Shouting no browsing ( no one but us where in there) come here, I explained what we wanted, then tells me to walk on and get the colour chart ( that was what I was doing in the first place, I said to her). Then she shouts well I'm only doing what company policy states. Very very rude. No customer service skills at all. Lost custom as will go elsewhere.

Staff tried to make it a good night, but with social distancing they were up against it. We had to sit inside a zorb ball, made getting drinks both hard, but fun. Trying to buy pills and sniff was even harder, its nearly impossible to deal inside one of them balls. I ended up getting thrown out for sneaking into a birds zorb and fingerings her against a toilet door.

The staff and manager were excellent when we spoke about getting a colour acrylic durable Matt from the original tin I had bought 10 years ago. I told the assistant that proves the quality and lasting excellence.
