I was given a two quotes for fitting either my existing carpet from my previous home or a new carpet I intended to buy elsewhere. I accepted quote given for new carpet i intended buying elsewhere because it seemed like the most favourable option. I was given a fitting date and time. I ordered and paid for my carpet. I then received a phone call saying I had to buy carpet from them instead. I am very annoyed at this. I have gone to great expense of paying for a carpet and now need to find a new carpet fitter. I will never deal with this company again.
