Second time we have used this service. Was quick to help with a repair to a faulty laptop charger this time. The repair was timely and was reasonably priced. Communicated well with us throughout the process and provided advice around upgrades etc. Would recommend.

Sharing a few before and after pictures so you can see what an amazing job Richard has done with my PS4. Before taking it to Steel City IT, my console sounded like a 747 taxiing down the runway. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Friendly service from a genuine guy. I’ll only ever use Steel City for my console / PC needs.
Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and great communication. Quick turnaround. Works v hard to find a solution. The opposite of “computer says no”.
My sons PS4 slim stopped accepting games, took it here and within 1 day its back up and running, had the service offered which i wouldnt normally do but Rich seemed genuine with real knowledge. The service on the PS4 is AMAZING its so quiet.. 10/10 I have took my other sons PS4 for the service too. I highly RECOMMEND Steel City I.T and will use them in future.
Excellent service and repair to an Xbox one . Very quick with repair and saved me buying another Xbox! Would definitely use again.
