Very, very disappointed in The Buttermarket. Phoned the (supposed dedicated) disability telephone number for access to tickets for ' gigs'. Left several messages to no avail. Spoke to someone three times who was going to get someone to ring me- nothing. Finding the disability telephone number was difficult enough on their website (actively discouraging?), without being ignored once you find and use it. Clearly, the disabled are not welcome at events at this venue.

Terrible club by any standard. Better places to go in Shrewsbury. Avoid.

We went for a night out paid 5 pound in very empty. They lied and advised it was busy which when we got in there was not many people there. Staff very rude and manager very poor needs to be educated on how to be a manager
