I went to renew my SouthbAfrhca passport on 23rd July2019 as my old passporthad expired June 2019. I took copies of my documents plus the forms and had the finger prints done. They said it would be 4 months but it has now been nearly 19 months and I hsve had no replies to my emails. I have phoned them serval tines and each time they say wait for an email. I need my passport as I don't have a British one and I would like to go to visit my family in South Africa. I cannot understand what has happened to my passport.not you sure if any body has had a long wait like I have please let me know or have any ideas what you do.i live in Nailsea South of Bristoland it would take 3 and half hours to go by coach to London. .So I did say to them they would need to send my passport to me. I hope some one can help me. Thanks Bridget Rollo

What a MESS of a system! Waiting outside of the building for almost 2hours to only get forms (which you can't get anywhere else) from a MASSIVELY RUDE MAN behind the glass. He speaks to you with no respect or interest. Then when you have to give copies (unclear on the website) and you ask him where he \doesn't know\, 30minutes later he explains to someone where they can get copies down the road! I feel disrespected and like a victim of unfair treatment! If i had a choice i would NOT return here! Horrible South African time management and attitudes in the middle of London, it's despicable! No service delivery! Queus, queus, queus in a cold waiting area...

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. THE WESITE IS UNAVAILABLE. NO ONE REPLIES TO A EMAIL. VERY DISAPPOINTING. LACK OF CARE AND EMPATHY. RENEWED MY SA PASSPORT IN LONDON IN DECEMBER 2019... ITS AUGUST 2020 AND SILENCE.... NO RESPONSE. NO CONTACT. I LIVE 5 HOURS AWAY FROM LONDON SO I CANT JUST GO IN. NO ONE WANTS TO HELP. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING.

What a disgrace. Applied for my kids passports in Feb 2020. Been trying for 2 days to phone and no one answers. When I finally managed to get through was told that they sent me an email in February as my daughters finger prints are to dark to use and she needs to go back in. Asked which email they used as I did not receive anything, they totally mispelled my email address. When I told them I want to speak to a manager of some sorts, she put the phone down. Id like to ask this Mrs Milne who dealt with this in the first place, can you count as you certentainly can't spell. You are incompetent. There is a lot more Id like to say, but think for decency shake, I shall refrain from doing so.

Think I would have a better chance of getting hold of Cyril Ramaphosa directly, service is absolutely shocking
