I lost my Mum in September last year and John helped me with the whole funeral arrangements, from visiting me and my Dad at his house to the collecting of Mums ashes, it was so personal and I was left feeling confident it would have been what Mam wanted. Unfortunately my Dad passed away on the 24th of April and found myself dealing with another heart break. John stepped above and beyond what was needed making the whole funeral every bit as comforting, I will be eternaly grateful to them all as without there care and attention to detail I would have surely been lost.x
