What a garage! Absolutely fantastic service, the staff are super friendly, polite and courteous. They sort everything onsite there and then. I didnt want the car washed as it was nearly closing time but they did anyways. I had a private plate which they trasnferred for me, i went back 2 weeks later with the log books and they trasnferred it with new plates they made up themselves. The car isnt brand new but comes with a years warranty which is superb this day and age even from a garage. They give me a decent price for my trade in too. They have a little play area to keep the kids happy and free tea and coffee. I will be going back for another trade in later this year. I highly recommend them

My car (Honda Civic) was repaired by the bodyshop department following a rear ended shunt, a whole new rear bumper was required. The garage kept me informed when the parts arrived and booked me in for repairs. When i got the call to say my car was ready for collection, it was like picking up a brand new car again. Not only did the bodyshop team fit my new bumper, they also repaired some noticeable minor scratches and gave the whole car a showroom finish wash and wax. Overall I was impressed and very satisfied with the service i received from Vic Young. Thank you

Absolutely shocked by the “customer service” of a company who are proud of their customer service. We looked to buy a vehicle from this company and we dealt with Jack. The initial process was great; Jack answered all of our queries and we agreed to go ahead with the car. Delivery was estimated for the end of the following week if they could find a driver. We didn’t hear anything after this. The car failed it’s MOT a few days later. We didn’t hear anything so chased the following day, at which point it was agreed that all issues including advisories would be sorted and any issues which arose on the service would also be sorted. Again we didn’t hear anything about a delivery until we chased. We were then told it would be this week (in fact the delivery was meant to be tomorrow, 28.10.20, almost 2 weeks since the failed MOT). So needless to say we continued to check the status of the MOT to find out today (the day before delivery) that only one of the advisories has been taken care of and, to quote Jack, “ the other parts of the advisories were only listed to cover the mechanics back and not to worry about them”. Not what you want to hear when you are buying a car. We sadly decided not to take delivery of the car as we had lost trust with the company and were now concerned about the safety of the car, which was a shame as we really liked the car! Jack’s response was simply “no problem have a good one“.

Bought a brand new MG ZS EV during our one month lockdown, I normally find the whole buying a car process pretty stressful but I needn’t have worried. Dealt with Darren, kept me up to date via email and phone calls, all the paperwork signed and payment made over the phone. Absolutely none of the usual pushy sales tactics you find at other dealers. Darren arranged for the car to be dropped off at my home and the driver was canny. Would highly recommend just on a service front alone! Really impressed to how quick and efficient the process was considering the lockdown restrictions. Car is an absolute pleasure to drive. It’s my first electric car and I can’t get over how decent it is for the price! Thank you
