Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was good. Nice selection of frames, though they didn't have the frames I wanted. But wished I had shopped around as I found them very expensive compared to other places. The eye test was 35, the frames started with a small selection at 49 and up, the more decent frames ranging from 99. In my experience I should definitely have gone to a few other places first to compare.

Don't bother trying to choose glasses during Covid, they won't let u remove yr mask to see what they look like on yr face. There should be provisions to allow people to properly try on but no....not going to spend 300 on a pair of glasses that I can't see what they look like on my face without a mask on. Very disappointing. Will be going elsewhere to choose some.

The optician was very friendly & professional. I was impressed with their advanced equipment to assess your vision & eye health. There was a good range of glasses to choose from & staff were happy to help without applying any sales pressure! I got a really good deal on a lovely pair of glasses (buy one, get one free) and they are posting them in a letterbox friendly parcel so I don't have to be home when they arrive. I couldn't ask for a better service!

Extremely rude manager, 2 x faulty repairs over a 6 week period and they seem to of forgotten what consumer rights are. Won't be coming back to the store.

Under the circumstances with the restrictions, the staff provided a good service. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision on new glasses, everything was done a pace that was comfortable. Good service
