Arrived for a booked appointment to be told I would have to wait up to 30 minutes as they were running late. When I requested a phone call to tell me when to return I was informed it could not be done! Strange that if I turned up late or not at all for an appointment it would be cancelled. So I did just that - cancelled! I wonder if they will have the decency to contact me to discuss?

Booked an appointment took the day off work to go. Only to be told they have overbooked the appointment with two other customers. And told to come back tomorrow. This is not the first time time this has happened in this store. Totally unprofessional to get it so wrong so often. Absolutely fuming.

Staff can be polite but depends who you get. Manager is snotty and can be reluctant to deal with your problem. Managers husband owns the place so complaints get ignored from what I understand. Eye tests are thorough, it's just a shame about some of their staff members.
