Booked appointment before Xmas via phone for 5th January (took time from work) only to to be told on arrival today that I was on their diary system for the following Tuesday!? Now have to take more time off work (in difficult times) due to stores failings. Not only incompetent but also quite abrupt and rude with it - Really disappointing from a company that I’ve been with for years.

The customer service is awful! I had a 12pm appointment and since no one was available to tell the audiologist I was there, she had the audacity to say since I was late I would have to rebook... for another 2 weeks! I even saw the audiologist walk right by me while I was waiting and not say a word to me. She was too interested in getting a sausage roll and coffee! I saw her walk back in with it!! The nerve of some people!!

Long term customer. This practice is in the rank of shops inside The Tesco's Extra in Bradley Stoke. Excellent optician, helpful & friendly staff. Good quality well priced glasses. Quality list of tests, i really felt looked after. Highly recommended.
