Absolutely amazing customer service!!! By far the best specsavers I’ve ever visited. There were two amazing staff members who went above and beyond to help me find a pair of glasses I liked. Only wish I’d caught their names.

I had a pleasant experience at this Specsavers location. I found it a quick but not rushed appointment. The optician I saw explained everything in a professional and non patronising way. I also liked the fact that they did not push to try and sell me any products after or during my appointment but did give me advice relating to their products should I wish to look into them further. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. I shall endeavour to be using this branch for my appointments from now on.

Did not realise there was a Specsavers inside the Sainsburys store until recently. Easy to park and staff were very friendly, I was a little hesitant at first (especially with Covid) however, I felt at ease during my whole consultation. Will be returning, thanks again!

Visited the store today after the arm of my glasses broke, the gentlemen was very helpful and friendly. He quickly replaced my lenses into a new frame with no fuss and informed me there was no charge because it wasnt my fault they broke. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I will definitely be coming to this specsavers again.
