Guys I am delighted with my glasses I received incredible customer service at Specsavers when I got my eye test done.They helped me pick out the glasses which best suits my face shape. I am just amazed . I strongly recommend this store. Adam was a gentleman and very professional . Definitely I will purchase again . Just the business!

Went a few weeks ago during Covid. Extremely clean and well managed and maintained during the pandemic. The eye test was fantastic - I have an odd prescription and the optometrist took a very very long time getting it just right. I chose some frames and they were immediately sterilised afterwards. Incredible staff, super helpful and will go out of their way to help!

I have been here twice. Excellent friendly staff. Optometrist did very thorough eye examination and he listened very carefully to my problem. Along with specs, I was suggested an eye drop which has helped me a lot. This is my go to shop for vision care.

I came to see Specsavers in Corstorphine for a second opinion. Previously, a smaller and far more expensive chain (do 10 10 and repeat the result twice for their name) made me glasses that I couldn't focus in, wearing them gave me headaches and tired eyes. This smaller chain insisted that my prescription was correct and that my poor vision was simply due to my glasses "slipping down". Not satisfied with their explanation, I opted to visit Specsavers. As I came into Specsavers, I was warmly greeted by the staff and filled in my details. I was then seen by an excellent optometrist, who provided the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had. He explained the purpose of each test and took his time, making sure that no issues were missed. He was able to quickly discover why I was having issues with my glasses. The smaller and more expensive chain had totally missed the fact that I have astigmatism, even going as far as saying I didn't have astigmatism during a second test. I'm so relieved that I visited Specsavers. The level of care and service at the St. John's Road store, so far, has been wonderful. The staff are friendly and thorough and there are no pushy sales tactics. Less than half price of the first chain I went to but 10 times better. Highly recommend.
