Absolutely wonderful experience - from calling to make my appointment to going in for the eye test and getting a new order done for my contact lenses to the call a couple of days later to say that they were in was all just brilliant. So very happy that I went here and can't recommend enough!

I left the store, fed up, after waiting for 30 minutes ( after having been logged in ) to have a simple repair done to my frames. No other customers were waiting. A receptionist to keep an eye on forgotten customers might be a good idea. Doubt I’ll be back ...
The Cupar branch only is the best I have had from Specsavers, eye exam very relaxed & professional,also staff always happy to see you & nothing is of any bother for them to see you on your way perhaps happier than you went in.
Great friendly staff, better than Glenrothes branch ..
