Wanted to make an appointment for an eye test for myself but there are no online appointments. When I phone the store there is no answer. And when I was in town I thought I’d see if the shop was open to make an appointment after countless times checking online and phoning. I was left out in the rain waiting for someone to answer the door to me and no one came. They were standing there. One customer in the shop that I could see. Service isn’t good enough. Why advertise online appointments if you are not doing them. Waste of my time. I’ve now got an appointment with boots in January.. at least they answer their phones and acknowledge you.

A shocking display of customer service today. I called at the store after being told to collect my new glasses. Was made to stand and wait outside the shop. Was not invited into the shop. Was not invited to try on the new glasses to see if they fitted. Was told that 'if any issues, just give us a call'. All in all, a very poor experience. Would not recommend..!
