Spot on, great range of glasses and test only took 15 mins.

They have several measures in place to ensure the safety of all customers

J

Good service and covid safe but if getting glasses for more than 1 family member wait as there's a voucher given when collecting.

Eye test good new glasses poor been back twice when they have appointments to get them rectified

A waste of space being of no use to me whatsoever - Blacks at bottom end of Galleries better value as you get a free pair of glasses with yours be they just the same or do as I do and ask for specific ones for computer. My normal ones are bi-focal and tinted so are costly from the start. If Specsavers offered things like this they'd get a lot more customers.

Good thorough eye test. But will try to sell. I tend to shop around first.

The staff are lovely and helpful especially when it came to pick my glasses. However that was before the virus outbreak so i dont know how they are assisting customers now?
