I walked into this store multiple times today but the staff did not want to assist, or even acknowledge me. They were all far to busy, standing around talking to each other, and not one of them who walked past me could even be bothered to ask if I needed assistance. lucky for me, JD Sports is next door, they gained an extra couple of sales which your VERY slack staff lost. I genuinely wish I could give half a star, but even that is too much. Worst shop in castle point. Sports direct feel free to reply to me if you don't appreciate this review.

I found the male staff at this branch very unfriendly and unhelpful. They need training regarding,client is King and not work for the sake of working to get their money at the end of the month.They refused to phone another branch to see if they had the item in stock which I was looking for. Also they should put a smile on their face when assisting customers .I will never enter this store again but will go to the other branch in Bournemouth where I was welcomed by a young and helpful girl at the till. The manager needs to learn some basic customer service skills! Wouldn't even come out to talk and resolve our problem (which btw didnt get resolved) the girl was having to go backwards and forwards with messages all the time, and to be frank he sounded really rude.

It's Mike Ashley's trainer shop. Hot, crowded, narrow aisles ... but if you need three stripes at the lowest price, this is probably where you need to come.
