Went into day. No staff to ask for help. Only one young lady who was helping everyone. The other staff in a corner having a brief with mangment. I had to ask for help the manager was very in helpful. The lady on the till was very nice and polite . I work in retail and may priority is Customer Service. That is what keeps business going.

When I walked in their was no staff at the till and I had to find a staff. I bought a air bed and I returned it in the box it came in and with the receipt. So I got told I can't return the air bed because it's the company policy and which seems a bit weird because in other stores your able to return the item and get your money back or exchange it for another item. So i said to the woman at the till that in topman you can return the item and get your money back. I told her as an example and she seemed angry "but we're not topman" what she said to me. In the end I took the voucher instead. I don't think I will be shopping here in the near future

Sports direct have an obvious one way system set up, which is reassuring. The tills have 'in and out' lines which work well too. The staff are all wearing masks and are happy to help when asked.

Slowest service I've ever experienced! Literally painful. One person (slow!) on the till and no other staff offering to help to get the queues down.
