This place is just brilliant, easy to find on the high street. Friendly staff, always happy to help and fast! The store looks good the only thing I don't really like is that there is not much space in order to respect the social distancing. Hand sanitizer at the entrance and cleaning products as well. Fair prices and bargains through out the year, good quality stuff and a large variety of brands available too. What I love the most are the sport accessories like the tennis ones, good quality and most of the time available in the stock even if not they have amazing customer service if you want to order it online. Returning policies within 28 days fair enough, don't forget to keep your receipt

Excellent Service Vic the shoe manager dealt with my issue very quickly professionally and genuinely cared about the delivery of Customer services to customers understands the need for repeat business. Shame the Colliers Wood branch doesn't adopt the same protocols as Hounslow

Poor experience! Guys beware! Staff is extremely rude and unapologetic! When I was tryg shoes, their staff ( Sanyogita) said to me that I had made shoes dirty from walking in them. She also didnt let me try anymore shoes sayg I had exceeded the limit of 5. When I asked the manager, he informed that there is no limit of trying out the number of shoes She had no remorse of treating me like that and I was left very disappointed and dissatisfied.
Worst service ever, 3 staff member on the floor doing nothing. Standing next each other just chatting all the time in one area of the shop.. the rest was empty with nobody able to help for purchases . 3 times I requested their attention to help me out to find the right shoes One of them looked really annoyed. Never again in there. Totally useless shop.
Went into the store today and the manager was in a argument with a customer, swearing and shouting and he even pushed the customer. I went into shoe section and young girl was very rude no help and courtesy at all. Bad atmosphere.
I had a bad experience today evening. We picked 4 shoes to sit and try and store lady that works there came and in loud and bad tone told ' madam one at a time' i told I have already got let me try then she was on my head and asking should i take it back. I do understand people has the job they are responsible but there is way to talk to customer. I did complain to manager of store he did say i will talk to her. But there was no apology nither proper acknowledgement of the complain. I would definitely ask to sport direct to hire right people on job who can work and respect customer.
