I recently sent my X9 follow in for a service and to deal with some electrical issues. We all know how difficult it is for many companies to work through this Covid era. I have to say they were amazing. From the start they replied to every mail and every call. When it became apparent more drastic action was needed they arranged collection. Of course it took some time but I had no issue with that as it was expected. In fact they beat every deadline they set. All issues were resolved and the trolley arrived back today, shiny, clean and in full working order. Not that I can do anything apart from walk it around the garden but I can't blame Jan and her colleagues at Stewart for this lockdown! It is not the cheapest option on the market but I think they are worth every penny and their service has been off the charts excellent. I have to say a personal thank you to Jan in the service department. Worth her weight in gold. I hope this review helps you make a smart decision and buy a Stewart! It is not just a trolley and this is no ordinary company. Happy golfing soon I hope

Loved my Stewart golf trolley (we have 3) but have now bought a different brand. They changed their servicing to online which isn’t convenient. The cost of shipping and then re-importing paying duty both ways from Jersey to U.K. plus the effort is not worth it. Nobody in the island services them anymore. The brakes go and now the main folding mechanism has gone on one. It’s stiff. Yes we used WD40 to oil it and it still won’t fold. Expensive for what it is at 180. Got an electric trolley serviced by my golf club.
I experienced a small problem with a Stewart trolley i purchased two months ago. I received quality Customer support and the problem has been resolved. The Stewart team were very Professional and provided excellent advice and support. Importantly they listened to me the Customer concerning the problem I was experiencing. I haverecently had a great experience with Stewart Golf service team. Even though for personal reasons not used the trolley for nearly two years when reporting the fault, i had a very friendly and professional response. They couldnt have been more helpful and responsive. Just want to say thank you and well done.
I bought a Stewart X9 Follow and it does not work. The remote works perfectly but the follow function does not the trolley just jumps violently despite following all the instructions. I have been totally ignored via email and when I did eventually get through to someone on phone we were disconnected so I gave up. My advice would be to buy the X9 Remote as the follow seems to be a waste of 300 extra.
