Absolutely disgusted!! Filthy, tiny rooms. Stains up the walls and door, storage shelf above the bed made it feel like they were using a stock cupboard to do a massage in. I doubt very much that the girl was professionally trained, the full body massage turned out to be just my back and back of my lower legs. Upper legs not done, lower arms not done and upper chest/neck not done. She did not check if the pressure she was using was ok and more importantly she didn't check if there were any problems areas she should avoid this plce

Very upset following my experience here. Came here today after suffering from shoulder/back problems and stress related issues. The customer service was appalling. I had booked in for a 30 minute treatment, had to wait ten minutes on the bed for the lady to arrive and when she did- she did not know what she was doing, she used no creams or oils, just her bare hands which really hurt against my skin, the massage hurt as she kept heavily banging her elbow on to my spine and she didn't complete the full half an hour from where she arrived late and still charged me the full price as she had a next client even though she was late. I felt very upset and went to speak to the receptionist after to ask for my money back and she as good as told me to shut up and that I didn't know what I was talking about. Really poor service I would not recommend.
