Staff are extremely warm, welcoming and highly professional. Our daughter has special needs and this is the only opticians in town who have the patience and expertise to offer her a suitable and individualised service. Because of staff here she is able to use an opticians in her home town like anyone else, and not be left with no option but to travel for a hospital service. I would not even attempt to try anywhere else now. I have nothing but praise for the staff at Sutherland Opticians, thank you!

Can't recommend Sutherland Opticians enough. Alway a happy friendly atmosphere in the shop and a five star service. My most recent visit was for my first pair of varifocal glasses and on collection of them not only were they checked for fitment and to make sure the prescription was correct but also to spend some time familiarising myself with the difference between a single vision lens and how to use a varifocals and to make sure I had no problems with them before leaving the shop. Can't say thank you enough for the great service.
The staff here are really helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. The eye test itself is really thorough and explained well. It's the best experience I've had when having my eyes tested, I'd recommend this opticians to anyone. 5 's
