Hi I recently contacted the service manager Anthony to discuss an issue on an XE Jag purchased a few weeks ago. I was aware that this was covered under the warranty issued with the car, however I was unable to make a 160 mile round trip to Peterborough. Anthony suggested I use a local garage and establish what the issues were on diagnosis and let him know. That was done and estimated costs sent to SW . Anthony confirmed the work should be carried out and billed to SW . The whole thing was dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, restoring my faith in dealerships, thank you.

very bad felt like i was being pushed into buying the car and when i asked to see the car because i wasn't sure if i would still want it in in 6 months was told by the salesman 'he doesn't see why seeing the car now would make me not want the car in 6 months' and when i said i couldn't afford the car because it was different to the price on the website and the finance man was almost moaning at me for it. so in conclusion don't go there unless you want to be pushed and made to feel bad if you cant afford a vehicle that they have already pushed you passed your budget.
I took purchase of my new vehicle on 3/10/19. The service and the sales team were exceptional. More than pleased with the trade in offer on my old vehicle. Much better offer than "We Buy Any Car". All the little niggles were sorted with ease and the offer on the extended warranty was welcomed after such an expensive purchase. The only disappointment to a perfect experience was the unexpected cost of having to pay out for a full service that was 'way' over due on the vehicle. I was given a deal, but when you are already at the top of your finances for the purchase of a new car, you don't need more expense. That's the only thing that has knocked off a 5 star experience. This should have been identified on the advertisement for the vehicle. A Great Team, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended for high quality vehicles. Thank you all - happy customer and happy wife. Will definitely recommend and return in the future.

I and my wife have just purchased a beautiful car from SW. I made an appointment and was greeted on arrival by the lovely “Coral” who was brilliant. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and went through everything with us and made the whole process effortless and enjoyable. Massive thanks to her and I will be recommending SW to all my friends and colleagues. We made our first car purchase from SW Car Supermarket , a beautiful BMW, from Carol. Since we arrived we felt welcomed and treated fairly. Carol is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We arrived at a fair price for the vehicle and the trade in. I would definitely recommend SW Car Supermarket and Carol to family and friends.
Sourced a car on-line and put a reserve on it, the girl on the phone was pleasant. we booked an appointment for 11am. Staff were welcoming, Kamil drew the short straw in looking after us. Had a few issues with a couple of dents, chips and a scratch. Kamil assured me these would be taken care of prior to delivery. Kamil was pleasant and respectful with a genuine manner of wanting to provide a good service. After a bit of deliberation we put down a deposit and will be collecting the car in a few weeks. I will update further once we have collected the car to give a review of the complete experiance of SW Car Superstore.
