Really bad in my own experience and a friends experience. Both of us were suffering with undiagnosed bpd, and both of us received terrible treatment and rebounded back and forth. Essentially saying my self harm was nothing even though I have had to have stitches and glue! I have been referred back to there, seeing the person I thought was supposed to be fired! Not expecting much help from them.

Help was there but I had to be persistant to get it. Eventually I got the help and support I needed.
Nothing wrong with me still going thats what i thought they thought different they were right great staff loved it their windswept helped me back in to society
Someone very close to me had a mental break down requesting she needs help. The psychotherapist, who’s she has been seeing once a week, refused to help her as she wasn’t on the catchment area. This is disgraceful!!! If someone is breaking down, balling their eyes, begging for help, they shouldn’t be turnt away. I am very disappointed in the service they have provided and would recommend going else where.
