Many thanks to Mary the receptionist and Dr Williams, who helped me get sorted, apologies to Dr Davies for missing his call. Everything went smoothly apart from issue with faxing the prescription to pharmacy. Big up NHS Wales.

Was on holidays from ireland staying in kiln park for a week when my 7 yr old child got ill suddenly which was so distressing and worrying been so far from home, went to this practice and was seen the following day which i was very pleased with and found it very good.

Appalling service by a member of staff this week, was not interested in listening to me and refused to see my daughter who has possibly got chicken pox, I understand I would not want to take her when the surgery was full but surely someone could see her when there were no patients waiting, went to pharmacy they couldn’t confirm so now a week off during GCSE next month; all because the lady I spoke to would not give me an appointment to confirm her diagnosis. Very rude person no interest or empathy to my situation!!!

Wouldn't want to ever call them again, never helpful at all, we phoned them today due to a possible infection after a hospital treatment at 3pm on friday all they said was best you can do is phone Monday, not oh if you pop down we might be able to get a doctor to see you or anything

This practice has really gone down hill the last few years!! Imposible to get an appointment , reception staff are so not helpful. How do you expect 7000 patients to feel secure with a method of a 15 minute slot for appointments a day. I've never felt so insecure with this practice. It's gone to the dogs if you asked me . Habhibg in string of order and control . Something major needs to be sorted here.
